April 25 – Paris to St Jean Pied de Port
St. Jean is where the Camino starts. I start walking tomorrow.
Thanks to Google Translate, I can say “Can I pet your dog?” In French (or any language)
That’s all I really need.

Notre Dame. Have not seen the ol’ girl since the fire. She does not look as bad as I would have thought, but of course, you can’t get close to her now.
Did not realize how far the ride from the airport into the city is. Just time enough to take a quick walk around, grab some dinner and head back.
April 24 – Paris

April 23 – Atlanta to Paris.
They say the Camino begins when you walk out your front door, so I guess I’m on my way.
Forgive me for being such a dork about being in first class…..*squeeee!!!!*
